Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

 Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending October 14, 2017.
  
  Total estimated receipts this week 12,300 last week 14,874 and 
18,124 last year. Compared to last week: All feeder classes sold, 
Steady to 3.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeders. 
Supply this week consisted of 81 percent feeder classes with 21 
percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 22 percent steers, 
43 percent heifers, and 35 percent bulls.
