Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending March 12, 2016.
  
  Total estimated receipts this week 11,300, last week 11,474 and 
8,871 last year. Compared to last week: All feeder classes sold 
mostly steady to 2.00 lower. Trade active, with moderate demand 
on feeders. Supply this week consisted of 81 percent feeder 
classes with 20 percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 
20 percent steers, 37 percent heifers, and 43 percent bulls.
