Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending May 02, 2015.

 Total estimated receipts this week 9,925, last week 8,295 and 
8,443 last year. Compared to one week ago: All feeder classes 
sold 3.00 to 8.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on 
feeders. Supply this week consisted of 78 percent feeder 
classes 28 percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 18 
percent steers, 47 percent heifers, and 35 percent bulls.
