Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending September 14, 2013.
Total estimated receipts this week 17,100, last week 17,689 and 
16,976 last year. Compared to last week: All feeder classes sold 
1.00 to 4.00 lower. Trade moderate, with moderate demand on feeders. 
Supply this week consisted of 80 percent feeder classes with 43 
percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 49 percent steers, 
35 percent heifers, and 16 percent bulls.

with a 2 percent shrink, 5 cent slide up only, and to be delivered 
September 12-20, 2013.

Bluegrass Board Sale: Decatur, AL
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 62 head 785 lbs 149.50. Cattle sold 
with a 1 percent shrink, 4 cent slide up only, and to be delivered 
September 25, 2013.
