Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending February 02, 2013.
Total estimated receipts this week 11,100, last week 11,307 and 
11,599 last year. Compared to last week: All Feeder classes sold 
steady to 4.00 higher. Trade moderate with moderate demand on 
feeders. Supply this week consisted of 79 percent feeder classes 
with 24 percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 23 percent 
steers, 45 percent heifers, and 32 percent bulls.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 59 head 850 lbs 136.20. Feeder 
Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 68 head 740 lbs 133.40. Cattle sold 
with a 3 percent shrink, 4 cent slide up only, and to be delivered 
January 31-February 04, 2013.
