Alabama Weekly Livestock Summary

   **This report will not be issued next week due to markets being closed 
in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.**

Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending November 18, 2017.

  Total estimated receipts this week 16,900, last week 16,287 and 
17,975 last year. Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls 
sold steady to 3.00 higher. Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly 
steady. All feeder classes sold steady to 5.00 higher. Trade active, 
with good demand on feeders.
