Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending October 14, 2017.

  Total estimated receipts this week 12,300, last week 14,874 
and 18,124 last year. Compared to last week: Slaughter cows 
steady to 2.00 higher and bulls steady to 3.00 lower. Replacement 
cows and pairs sold mostly steady. All feeder classes sold, 
steady to 3.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeders.
