Alabama Weekly Livestock Summary

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending August 22, 2015.

Total estimated receipts this week 12,600, last week 11,432 and 
15,150 last year. Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls 
sold 1.00 to 4.00 lower. Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly 
steady. All feeder classes sold uneven, mostly steady. Trade 
active, with moderate demand on feeders.
