Alabama Weekly Livestock Summary

   Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending June 14, 2014.

Total estimated receipts this week 12,800, last week 14,041 and 
10,575 last year. Compared to last week: Slaughter cows sold 
1.00 to 2.00 higher and bulls sold 4.00 to 7.00 higher. 
Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly steady. All feeder 
classes sold 5.00 to 9.00 higher. Trade active, with good demand 
on feeders.
