Alabama Auctions Daily Summary
Alabama livestock auctions that were held Monday November 28, 2016.

Cattle Receipts: 5,675   Last Week: 0       Last Year: 3,295

  Compared to one week ago: No trends available due to most markets 
being closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Slaughter cows made up 
10 percent of the offerings, bulls 2 percent, replacement cows and 
pairs 7 percent, and feeders 81 percent. The feeder supply included 
26 percent steers, 40 percent heifers, and 34 percent bulls. Near 
28 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
