Slaughter Sheep: Compared to last week, lambs sold mostly 10.00-15.00
lower. Ewes sold mostly steady. Bucks sold 5.00-10.00 higher. Demand was
light for all classes. Supply consisted of 92 percent Slaughter Lambs,
7 percent Slaughter Ewes, and 1 percent Slaughter Bucks. All sheep are
sold by the hundred weight.

Slaughter Goats: Compared to last week, Slaughter kids sold mostly
steady to 10.00 lower. There was a very light supply of kids weighing over
60 lbs on offer today. Slaughter nannies sold mostly 10.00-20.00 lower.
Slaughter bucks sold mostly steady to 10.00 lower. No trend for slaughter
wethers due to limited comparable receipts. Demand was moderate for all
classes. Supply consisted of 52 percent Slaughter Kids, 30 percent
Slaughter Nannies, and 18 percent bucks/billies and wethers. All goats
are sold by the head on estimated weights.
Slaughter Kids: Selection 1 40-60 lbs 165.00-200.00; 60-80 lbs 225.00-
245.00, wethers 270.00-275.00; 80-100 lbs wethers 295.00-325.00. Selection
2 0-20 lbs 90.00-95.00; 20-40 lbs 95.00-145.00; 40-60 lbs 130.00-175.00;
