   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold 4.00-5.00 lower on
moderate demand. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily
to the ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold
7.00-8.00 lower on light demand. Slaughter Holstein steers and
slaughter heifers not tested last week so no trend. Slaughter cows sold
mostly steady to 1.00 lower. Demand moderate. Not enough Slaughter
bulls sold last week for a trend. Cattle supplies included 255 steers;
99 heifers; 437 cows; 19 bulls; and 13 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.
