   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 higher
compared to a very light test last week. Demand good. High dressing Lean
Steers are steers sold primarily to the ethnic market and most are
extremely lean. Those steers sold mostly steady on a very light test.
Slaughter Holstein steers sold 3.00-4.00 higher on good demand. Slaughter
heifers sold steady on a light test. Slaughter cows sold 3.00-4.00 higher.
Demand moderate. Slaughter bulls sold steady on a very light test. Cattle
supplies included 235 steers; 97 heifers; 321 cows; 23 bulls; and
22 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Graded Holstein 
bull calves sold mixed with Number 1 and 2 calves selling mostly 10.00-
20.00 lower and Number 3 and Utility calves selling steady to 20.00 higher. 
Holstein heifer calves sold steady to 10.00 lower on a light test. Ag 
Market News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 512 head for 
Thursday's sale. All calves are sold by the cwt.
                                                                     
   Graded Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1  90-130 lbs 120.00-135.00. Number 
2  80-128 lbs 117.00-135.00. Number 3  100-130 lbs 107.00-112.00; 90-98 lbs
115.00-120.00; 72-88 lbs mostly 115.00-132, few 80.00-95.00. Utility  60-110 
lbs 80.00-105.00. 
                                                                       
   Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1  80-100 lbs few 150.00-150.00. Number 2  
80-110 lbs 120.00-130.00. Number 3  70-100 lbs 70.00-100.00. Utility/Non-
