   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold steady to 1.00 higher.
Slaughter Holstein steers sold mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter 
heifers sold unevenly steady on a very light test. Demand was good. 
Slaughter cows sold mostly 3.00-4.00 higher. Demand was good. Slaughter
bulls sold steady to firm. Demand was moderate. Cattle supplies included
395 steers; 65 heifers; 416 cows; 19 bulls; and 28 feeder calves. All
prices per cwt.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Holstein bull
calves sold  mostly 20.00-70.00 higher. Demand was good. Holstein heifer 
calves sold 50.00 higher on a light test. Ag Market News LLC under the 
USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 451 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are 
sold by the cwt.
