   Compared to two weeks ago, Slaughter steers sold mostly
2.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter Holsteins sold mostly 4.00-5.00
lower on a very light test. Slaughter heifers sold mostly
3.00-4.00 lower. Demand was moderate for all classes.
Slaughter cows sold mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Demand
was moderate. Cattle supplies included 337 slaughter steers;
119 heifers; 520 cows; 26 bulls; and 46 feeder calves.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1300-1550 lbs
166.00-169.00. Choice 2-3 1250-1650 lbs 162.00-165.50.
Select 1-3 1250-1700 lbs 156.00-162.00.

   Slaughter Holsteins: High Choice and Prime 3-4 1550 lbs

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to two weeks ago Holstein
bull calves sold mostly 20.00-30.00 higher. Demand was good. Heifers
sold weak. Ag Market News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded
446 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are sold by the cwt.

106-112 lbs 410.00-425.00; 90-104 lbs 445.00-470.00. Number 2 106-128
lbs 400.00-435.00; 80-104 lbs 450.00-480.00. Number 3 100-130 lbs
390.00-425.00; 80-98 lbs 435.00-465.00; 72-78 lbs 310.00. Utility
100-110 lbs 150.00; 80-98 lbs 310.00-315.00; 60-78 lbs 102.00.
