Compared to last Thursday's sale, Slaughter steers sold unevenly
steady on moderate offerings. Demand was very good. Holstein steers sold
mostly steady to 2.00 higher compared to last week. Slaughter heifers sold
unevenly steady on light compareable sales. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady
on mostly moderate offerings. Demand was very good. Cattle supplies included
342 slaughter steers; 120 heifers; 344 cows; 39 bulls; and 18 feeder calves.
