   When compared to last Thursday`s sale, slaughter steers sold steady.
Demand was good. Slaughter Holsteins 1.00-2.00 lower. Slaughter heifers
2.00-3.00 higher on good demand. Buyer activity was good. Slaughter cows
sold steady to 1.00 higher. Demand was good. Cattle supplies included 289
slaughter steers; 112 heifers; 454 cows; 28 bulls; and 97 feeder cattle.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1200-1575 lbs 128.00-133.25. 
Choice 2-3  1270-1600 lbs 123.00-127.50. Select 1-3  1180-1600 lbs 117.00-
122.50.

   Slaughter Holsteins: Choice 2-3 1450-1600 lbs 105.00-108.50. Select
1-3 1400-1600 lbs 98.00-104.50.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Graded bull calves sold mostly 5.00-
10.00 higher compared to last week on moderate demand. Heifers sold
mostly steady on moderate demand compared to last week. Ag Market News
LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 412 head for this Thursday's
graded sale. One hundred percent supply Holstein calves unless otherwise
noted. All prices per cwt.

   Graded Bull Calves: Number 1 114-128 lbs 110.00-116.00; 94-112 lbs
119.00-124.00; 86-88 lbs 85.00. Number 2 112-128 lbs 105.00-109.00;
98-110 lbs 111.00-115.00; 94-96 lbs 90.00-97.00; 80-92 lbs 70.00-75.00.
Number 3 80-130 lbs 58.00-76.00; 72-78 lbs 35.00. Utility 80-110 lbs
30.00-37.00; 60-78 lbs 20.00.

   Holstein Heifer Calves: 90-110 lbs 80.00-120.00. Number 2 80-105 lbs
