Compared to last Tuesday middleweight steer and heifer calves sold 
2.00 to 5.00 lower with very light demand for small to medium frame
fleshy calves, straightbred charolais and off-colored calves.  Quality
was plain through average.  Yearling and weaned packages traded steady 
with moderate to good demand.  Slaughter cows sold steady with light
demand and slaughter bulls sold steady with moderate demand.

07 replacement cattle, 50 slaughter cattle, and 582 feeder cattle.  Today's supply included
41.7 percent that weighed over 600 lbs. 44.8 percent steers, 13.6 percent bull calves and 
33.2 percent heifers. 44 slaughter cows with 86 percent going to slaughter.
06 head of slaughter bulls with 100 percent going to slaughter.
