****Lexington Tuesday's sale held at Richmond yards while
new Lexington stockyards is under construction ****
 
Compared to last Tuesday steer calves sold steady to 1.00 higher with most demand for weaned
packages that are trending sharply higher than fleshy bawling calves.  Lightweight hard thin-fleshed
bull calves sharply higher compared to last week.  Heifer calves under 700 lbs sold steady to 
2.00 lower with light demand.  Quality was average through attractive.  Yearling steers sold 
steady to 1.00 higher with moderate demand.  Slaughter cows sold 4.00 lower with light demand
and slaughter bulls untested.

02 replacement cattle, 31 slaughter cattle, and 797 feeder cattle.
Today's supply included 61.0 percent that weighed over 600 lbs.
70.2 percent steers and 13.1 percent bull calves 0.0 percent Holstein Steers
and 13.2 percent heifers of total recorded feeder supply. 31 head of slaughter
cows with 98 percent going to slaughter. 0 head of slaughter bulls.
