****Lexington Tuesday's sale held at Richmond yards while
new Lexington stockyards is under construction ****
 
Compared to last Tuesday steer calves under 700 lbs sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower with light
very light demand for red-hided calves.  Heifer calves under 700 lbs sold 3.00 to 8.00 lower
with light demand. Quality was good through attractive.  Yearling steers sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower
with moderate demand.  Slaughter cows sold 2.00 lower and slaughter bulls
3.00 lower with light demand.

05 replacement cattle, 32 slaughter cattle, and 804 feeder cattle.
Today's supply included 71.6 percent that weighed over 600 lbs.
76.2 percent steers and 7.4 percent bull calves 1.3 percent Holstein Steers
and 10.6 percent heifers of total recorded feeder supply. 25 head of slaughter
cows with 96 percent going to slaughter. 07 head of slaughter bulls with
100 percent going to slaughter.
