Compared to yesterday steer calves opened steady with moderate
demand early to 3.00 lower on middleweights with light demand
late morning.  Heifer calves sold steady with moderate demand.  
Quality was average through good.  Slaughter cows sold steady to
weak and slaughter bulls sold 2.00 lower with light demand.

06 replacement cattle, 81 slaughter cattle, and 1391 feeder cattle.  
Today's supply included 77.5 percent that weighed over 600 lbs. 62.3 percent
steers and 3.2 percent bull calves 8.6 percent Holstein Steers and 21.2 percent
heifers of total recorded feeder supply. 72 head of slaughter cows with 99 percent
going to slaughter. 09 head of slaughter bulls with 100 percent going to slaughter.
