Compared to yesterday steer and heifer calves sold mostly steady to weak
with light demand.  Average to good quality offering.  Middleweight calves
continue to suffer the most from last week's market down turn.  Yearling steers
and heifers limited comparison.  Slaughter cows traded weak with light demand
and slaughter bulls sold steady with moderate demand.

03 replacement cattle, 37 slaughter cattle, and 627 feeder cattle.  
Today's supply included 66.0 percent that weighed over 600 lbs. 57.0 percent
steers and 16.7 percent bull calves 2.0 percent Holstein Steers and 19.8 percent
heifers of total recorded feeder supply. 22 head of slaughter cows with 91 percent
going to slaughter. 15 head of slaughter bulls with 93 percent going to slaughter.
