   Compared to Monday steer and heifer calves sold steady with good
demand.  Quality was average through good.  Yearling steers sold
steady in a limited comparison.  Yearling heifers sold 2.00 higher
in a limited comparison.  Slaughter cows and slaughter bulls sold
steady with good demand.
   Total supply included 05% slaughter cows, 01% slaughter bulls,
01% replacements and 93% feeders.  Feeder supply 49% steers, 
08% bulls, 43% heifers with 56% of feeders weighing over 600 lbs.


   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs few 290.00; 400-
500 lbs 239.00-253.00 few fancy thin 254.00-270.00; 500-600 lbs 
223.00-250.00 including 41 head(blk-few chax) 543 lbs 250.00 and 
81 head(bbwf-few chax) 596 lbs 235.50; 600-700 lbs 211.50-223.00; 
700-800 lbs 194.00-206.00 yearling load: 58 head(mostly blk) 733 lbs
