****Lexington Monday sale held at Mt. Sterling yard while new Lexington stockyard is under construction***

Compared to last Monday steer and heifer calves sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher on 300-500 lbs with moderate
demand. Yearling steers and heifers lightly tested.  Quality was plain through good.  Slaughter cows sold steady
to 2.00 higher with moderate demand.  Slaughter bulls sold steady to 1.00 higher with moderate demand.

30 replacement cattle, 155 slaughter cattle, and 776 feeder cattle.
Today's supply included 50.9 percent that weighed over 600 lbs.
25.4 percent steers and 15.4 percent bull calves and 36.6 percent heifers. 
135 slaughter cows with 96 percent going to slaughter.  20 head of slaughter
bulls with 95 percent going to slaughter.
