   Compared to last week steer calves sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower
With moderate demand; heifer calves sold steady to 3.00 lower
with moderate to good demand.  Quality was plain through good.
Yearling steers sold 4.00 lower in a limited comparison.  
Yearling heifers lightly tested.  Slaughter cows sold steady with
good demand, slaughter bulls sold 3.00 lower with moderate demand.
   Total supply included 09% slaughter cows, 02% slaughter bulls,
less than 01% replacements and 88% feeders.  Feeder supply
40% steers, 25% bulls, 35% heifers with 44% of feeders weighing 
over 600 lbs.


   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  200-300 lbs few fancy 315.00;
400-500 lbs few 232.00-236.00 few thin  251.00; 500-600 lbs 222.00-
236.00; 600-700 lbs 207.00-217.00; 700-800 lbs few 210.00-216.00 
including 102 head(bbwf) 791 lbs 216.00.  Large 1  400-500 lbs
few 233.00; 700-800 lbs few 195.00.  Medium and Large 2  400-500 lbs
few 216.00-230.00; 600-700 lbs 190.00-201.00.  Medium and Large 3
