   Compared to last week steer and heifer calves sold mostly steady
with moderate to good demand on a plain through average quality
offering.  Feeder steers and heifers lightly tested.  Slaughter
cows and slaughter bulls sold steady with good demand.  
   Total supply included 12% slaughter cows, 02% slaughter bulls,
02% replacements and 84% feeders.  Feeder supply 32% steers, 
20% bulls, 48% heifers with 44% of feeders weighing over 600 lbs.


   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  200-300 lbs few 282.50; 
300-400 lbs few 270.00-280.00 few fleshy 246.00; 400-500 lbs 232.00-
246.00; 500-600 lbs 218.00-240.00; 600-700 lbs 217.00-220.00 
fancy thin 221.00-232.00 including 33 head(mostly blk) 643 lbs
