Compared to last week:  Feeder steers and heifers trading mostly steady.  
Quality is much more attractive this week, with several large packages of cattle 
on offer.  Last week's rain coupled with warmer temperatures this week has been 
conducive for poorly emerging wheat stands in the North Central part of the 
state.  According to USDA-NASS, 78 percent of the winter wheat has been seeded 
with 51 percent emerged.
