Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 02/24/2014

Estimated Receipts:  10,500   Last Monday: 9912    Year Ago Monday: 3634

   Compared to last week:  Feeder steers are selling steady to 3.00 
lower; feeder heifers not well tested in early rounds.  Steer and heifer 
calves are trading firm on limited offerings.  Early demand moderate to 
good for feeder cattle despite last Friday's negative Cattle On Feed 
report.  Demand continues very good for grazing cattle.  Supply includes 
several large cattle off winter pasture.
