   Compared to last week:  Feeder steers and heifers lightly tested for
current delivery.  Limited numbers of feeder steers sold 1.00-3.00 lower.
Few feeder heifers sold 1.00 lower.  Demand moderate as cattle futures
were on the decline most of the week.  The first major cold front of 
the season is moving thru the state with chances of snow for much of the
state later in the weekend.  Receipts this week included 100 percent over 
600 lbs and 48 percent heifers.  Unless otherwise stated prices are FOB 
weigh point with a 2-3 percent shrink or equivalent and with a 5-10 cent 
slide on calves and 3-6 cent slide on yearlings from base weights. 
Current sales up to 14 days for delivery.
