SUMMARY OF 4 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (600)
WINONA (256), PHILADELPHIA (481), and BROOKHAVEN (122) ON 
Tues Jun 4, 2019

Receipts:       1,459         Last Week:      1,437        Last Year:    1,779

Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher 
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers sold 4.00 to 10.00 lower and 
heifers sold 3.00 to 5.00 lower. 
The supply included 13 percent slaughter cows and 12 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 51 percent steers and 49 percent 
heifers, with an estimated 10 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
