SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN SENATOBIA (248) ON Thurs
May 2, 2019

Receipts:      248        Last Week:       272          Last Year:    313

   Compared to last Thursday, slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 3.00 lower 
and bulls sold 3.00 to 4.00 lower. Feeder steers sold 4.00 to 5.00 lower 
and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 10 percent slaughter cows and 4 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 56 percent steers and 44 percent heifers, 
with an estimated 28 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
