SUMMARY OF 4 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (564), 
WINONA (119), PHILADELPHIA (194), and BROOKHAVEN (112) ON 
Tues Feb 26, 2019

Receipts:       989         Last Week:     1,190        Last Year:    1,021

Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher 
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers sold 5.00 to 8.00 higher 
and heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher. 
The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows and 16 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 53 percent steers and 47 percent 
heifers, with an estimated 7 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
