SUMMARY OF 2 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (588) and 
COMO (350) ON Wed Sep 12, 2018

Receipts:      938          Last Week:      275        Last Year:    1,164

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold 1.00 to 5.00 lower. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 8 percent slaughter cows and 4 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 66 percent steers 
and 34 percent heifers, with an estimated 8 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
