SUMMARY OF 2 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (-) and 
COMO (275) ON Wed Sep 5, 2018

Receipts:      275          Last Week:      604        Last Year:    1,261

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 lower 
and bulls sold no trend. Feeder steers sold steady to 8.00 higher 
and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 8 percent slaughter cows and 4 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 66 percent steers 
and 34 percent heifers, with an estimated 8 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
