SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN SENATOBIA (311) ON Thurs

Receipts:      311        Last Week:      295          Last Year:    285

   Compared to last Thursday, slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 4.00 higher 
and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 1.00 to 5.00 higher 
and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher. 
The supply included 14 percent slaughter cows and 1 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 73 percent steers and 27 percent heifers, 
with an estimated 19 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
