SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN SENATOBIA (246) ON Thurs
Aug 2, 2018

Receipts:      246        Last Week:      221          Last Year:    298

   Compared to last Thursday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower 
and bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Feeder steers sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher 
and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 9 percent slaughter cows and 12 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 67 percent steers and 33 percent heifers, 
with an estimated 8 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
