SUMMARY OF 7 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN HATTIESBURG (860), 
FOREST (1,399), MERIDIAN (550), MACON (327), HOUSTON (257), 
WEST POINT (610), AND GRENADA (221) ON Mon Jun 25, 2018.

Receipts:     4,224           Last Week:     3,918        Year:    2,945

Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 lower 
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 13 percent slaughter cows and 13 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 59 percent 
steers and 41 percent heifers, with an estimated 21 percent of the 
feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
