SUMMARY OF 2 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (667) and 
COMO (202) ON Wed Jun 20, 2018

Receipts:     869          Last Week:    991        Last Year:    559

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower 
and bulls sold 1.00 to 7.00 higher. Feeder steers sold steady and 
heifers sold 3.00 to 10.00 lower. 
The supply included 9 percent slaughter cows and 20 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 42 percent steers 
and 58 percent heifers, with an estimated 10 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
