SUMMARY OF 7 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN HATTIESBURG (852), 
FOREST (1,355), MERIDIAN (369), MACON (313), HOUSTON (307), 
WEST POINT (630), AND GRENADA (92) ON Mon Jun 18, 2018.

Receipts:     3,918           Last Week:     4,353        Year:    3,489

Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold 1.00 to 5.00 lower. 
The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows and 10 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 55 percent 
steers and 45 percent heifers, with an estimated 13 percent of the 
feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
