SUMMARY OF 2 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (467) and 
COMO (95) ON Wed May 30, 2018

Receipts:       562          Last Week:    1,054        Last Year:    868

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaugter cows sold 1.oo to 2.00 higher
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers and heifers sold 1.00 to 10.00 higher. 
The supply included 11 percent slaughter cows and 19 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 50 percent steers 
and 50 percent heifers, with an estimated 8 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
