SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN SENATOBIA (176) ON Thurs
May 24, 2018

Receipts:      176        Last Week:      248          Last Year:    227

   Compared to last Thursday, slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 4.00 higher 
and bulls sold 6.00 to 10.00 higher. Feeder steers sold mixed and 
heifers sold steady to 7.00 higher. 
The supply included 16 percent slaughter cows and 2 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 60 percent steers and 40 percent heifers, 
with an estimated 26 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
