SUMMARY OF 4 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (745), 
WINONA (423), PHILADELPHIA (209), and BROOKHAVEN (238) ON 
Tues Mar 20, 2018

Receipts:      1,615         Last Week:      1,477        Last Year:    1,614

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 4.00 lower 
and bulls sold 6.00 to 8.00 lower. Feeder steers and heifers sold 
2.00 to 10.00 lower. 
The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows and 20 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 54 percent steers and 46 percent 
heifers, with an estimated 16 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
