SUMMARY OF 4 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (711), 
WINONA (305), PHILADELPHIA (324), and BROOKHAVEN (137) ON 
Tues Mar 13, 2018

Receipts:      1,477         Last Week:      1,119        Last Year:    1,085

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower 
and bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Feeder steers and heifers sold 
2.00 to 7.00 lower. 
The supply included 14 percent slaughter cows and 13 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 51 percent steers and 49 percent 
heifers, with an estimated 9 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
