SUMMARY OF 4 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (464), 
WINONA (197), PHILADELPHIA (358), and BROOKHAVEN (100) ON 
Tues Mar 6, 2018

Receipts:      1,119         Last Week:      1,021        Last Year:    1,401

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold 3.00 to 12.00 higher. 
The supply included 14 percent slaughter cows and 23 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 52 percent steers and 48 percent 
heifers, with an estimated 11 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
