SUMMARY OF 2 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (596) and 
COMO (200) ON Wed Feb 14, 2018

Receipts:        796          Last Week:     659        Last Year:     661

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaugter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher 
and bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 1.00 to 20.00 higher 
and heifers sold 1.00 to 4.00 higher. 
The supply included 8 percent slaughter cows and 20 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 50 percent steers 
and 50 percent heifers, with an estimated 10 percent of the feeder supply 
weighing over 600 lbs.
