SUMMARY OF 7 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN HATTIESBURG (1,374), 
FOREST (1,725), MERIDIAN (442), MACON (666), HOUSTON (558), 
WEST POINT (616), AND GRENADA (201) ON Mon Nov 27, 2017.

Receipts:     5,582           Last Week:      0        Year:    5,349

   Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 4.00 higher 
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 10 percent slaughter cows and 9 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 54 percent 
steers and 46 percent heifers, with an estimated 9 percent of the 
feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
