SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (573), 
WINONA (114), PHILADELPHIA (199), BROOKHAVEN (159), and MIZE (46) on 
Tues Mar 29, 2016

Receipts:        1,091         Last Week:      999        Last Year:   1,645

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 4.00 higher 
and bulls sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 13 percent slaughter cows and 17 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 54 percent steers and 46 percent heifers, with an 
estimated 11 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
