SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (543), 
WINONA (180), PHILADELPHIA (392), BROOKHAVEN (99), and MIZE (77) on 
TUESDAY, May 26, 2015

Receipts:       1,291         Last Week:      1,783        Last Year:    2,641   

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher 
and bulls sold steady. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 11 percent slaughter cows and 12 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 55 percent steers and 45 percent heifers, with an 
estimated 13 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
