SUMMARY OF 5 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN TYLERTOWN (625), 
WINONA (245), PHILADELPHIA (360), BROOKHAVEN (89), and MIZE (73) on 
TUESDAY, April 21, 2015

Receipts:      1,392         Last Week:       1,094        Last Year:   1,942   

   Compared to last Tuesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold 4.00 to 7.00 lower. 
The supply included 11 percent slaughter cows and 10 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 56 percent steers and 44 percent heifers, with an 
estimated 13 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
