SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN SENATOBIA (262) THURSDAY,
April 16, 2015

Receipts:       262        Last Week:      278         Last Year:    282

   Compared to last Thursday, slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher 
and bulls sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower. Feeder steers sold 1.00 to 5.00 lower 
and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 18 percent slaughter cows and 6 percent pairs/replacements. 
The feeder supply included 55 percent steers and 45 percent heifers, 
with an estimated 6 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
